Convert text to Decoded UTF-8 text.

```

## Arguments

| Argument | Type | Meaning |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `text` | string | Input text; Base64 text for base64Decode. |

## Returns

Decoded UTF-8 text string, or null if conversion fails.

## Example

```js
console.log(base64Decode("SGVsbG8="));
```

## Notes

Encoding is not encryption.
