# log

Append messages to the script log.

```js
log(...values)
```

## Arguments

| Argument | Type | Meaning |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `values` | any | Values converted to text; stringify objects explicitly. |

## Returns

No return value (`undefined`).

## Example

```js
console.log("step", JSON.stringify({name: "open", ok: true}));
```
