Ask iOS to open a URL or supported URL scheme.

## Arguments

| Argument | Type | Meaning |

| `url` | string | Full URL including its scheme. |

## Returns

Boolean request result.

## Example

```js
console.log(openURL("https://example.com"));
```

## Notes

This can switch apps. Verify the resulting foreground screen.
