# POST /automation/delete

Remove a finished JavaScript job and its execution artifacts.

This is a device HTTP route. Set `DEVICE_URL` to your reachable device URL; [connection and examples](https://mcp.applesauceos.com/doc/http.md) explain how. Do not append this path to the public MCP URL.

## Parameters

| `runId` | JSON string | ID of a finished retained job. |

## Response

JSON {runId,deleted:true}.

## Notes

Active jobs cannot be deleted. The original saved script is preserved. Read logs and results before deleting.
